Welcome to Veil. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Veil.
1. Eligibility
Veil is only for people 18 years of age or older. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for anyone under 18.
3. Community rules & acceptable use
To keep Veil safe, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse or hate-speech any other user.
- Share sexual content involving minors, non-consensual, illegal or violent content.
- Solicit money, run scams, spam or advertise.
- Share others' private information or record/redistribute conversations without consent.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
You can block and report users at any time. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant Veil a limited license to store, display and transmit your content solely to operate the service (for example, delivering your messages and showing your profile to matches). We may review, moderate or remove content for safety and legal reasons.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Veil offers optional paid features (Premium). Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Google Play account before the renewal date. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and features may change; changes will not affect an active billing period.
6. Tokens and in-chat games
Veil includes optional games you can play inside a chat — tic-tac-toe, rock–paper–scissors and a word duel. They use tokens, an in-app counter with no monetary value.
- Tokens cannot be purchased. You receive them free of charge: a welcome amount, a daily allowance, or by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. You may also give tokens to someone you are chatting with.
- Tokens are not money, credit or property. They cannot be sold, exchanged for cash or anything of value, moved outside Veil, or cashed out in any way.
- These are games of skill, not chance. Nothing of monetary value is staked or won, and no payout of any kind is possible.
- Tokens have no value once your account ends. Any balance you hold is forfeited when you delete your account or if we close it, and we owe you no compensation for it.
- We may change how tokens are earned, staked or spent, and may correct balances where an error or abuse has occurred.
7. The Masked Door
The Masked Door gives you a personal link. Anyone holding it can send you a short anonymous message, including people who have no Veil account.
- The link address you choose and the name displayed on it are both public to anyone holding the link. You decide where to share the link and are responsible for that choice.
- Messages left at your door are subject to the community rules in Section 3. You can delete any message, switch the door off at any time, and report abuse to us.
- Using someone's door to send abusive, threatening, illegal or harassing messages breaches these terms. We may block the source and, where the law requires it, refer the matter to the authorities — this applies whether or not the sender has an account.
8. Ads
Free accounts may see ads (see the Privacy Policy). Premium removes ads.
9. Disclaimers
Veil is a platform for meeting people. We do not conduct criminal background checks and do not guarantee the identity, conduct or compatibility of any user, or that you will find a match. You interact with others at your own risk and should use good judgment and meet safely. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veil and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or interactions with other users.
11. Termination
You may stop using Veil and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change and, where appropriate, we will notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law & contact

Veil'e hoş geldiniz. Hesap oluşturarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Veil'i kullanmayın.
1. Uygunluk
Veil yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzeri kişiler içindir. Uygulamayı kullanarak en az 18 yaşında ve bu koşulları kabul etmeye yasal olarak ehil olduğunuzu onaylarsınız.
2. Hesabınız
Doğru bilgi vermeli ve giriş bilgilerinizi güvende tutmalısınız. Hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Başkasının kimliğine bürünmeyin ve 18 yaş altı için hesap oluşturmayın.
3. Topluluk kuralları ve uygun kullanım
Veil'i güvenli tutmak için şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Başka kullanıcıları taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, kötüye kullanmak veya nefret söylemi.
- Reşit olmayanları içeren, rıza dışı, yasa dışı veya şiddet içeren cinsel içerik paylaşmak.
- Para talep etmek, dolandırıcılık, spam veya reklam yapmak.
- Başkalarının özel bilgilerini paylaşmak ya da konuşmaları izinsiz kaydetmek/yaymak.
- Uygulamayı herhangi bir yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak.
Kullanıcıları istediğiniz an engelleyebilir ve şikayet edebilirsiniz. Bu kuralları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir, hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
4. İçeriğiniz
Oluşturduğunuz içeriğin sahipliği sizde kalır. Veil'e, yalnızca hizmeti işletmek amacıyla (örneğin mesajlarınızı iletmek ve profilinizi eşleşmelere göstermek) içeriğinizi saklamak, göstermek ve iletmek için sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz. Güvenlik ve yasal nedenlerle içeriği inceleyebilir, denetleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
5. Abonelikler ve satın alımlar
Veil isteğe bağlı ücretli özellikler (Premium) sunar. Satın alımlar Google Play tarafından işlenir ve Google Play koşullarına tabidir. Abonelikler, yenileme tarihinden önce Google Play hesabınızdan iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir. Yasanın gerektirdiği durumlar dışında ödemeler iade edilmez. Fiyat ve özellikler değişebilir; değişiklikler etkin fatura dönemini etkilemez.
6. Jetonlar ve sohbet içi oyunlar
Veil, sohbetin içinde oynayabileceğiniz isteğe bağlı oyunlar içerir — XOX, taş kağıt makas ve bir kelime düellosu. Bu oyunlar jeton kullanır; jeton, parasal karşılığı olmayan uygulama içi bir sayaçtır.
- Jeton satın alınamaz. Ücretsiz edinirsiniz: hoş geldin jetonu, günlük hak veya isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam izleyerek. Sohbet ettiğiniz kişiye jeton da verebilirsiniz.
- Jeton para, kredi veya mülkiyet değildir. Satılamaz; nakde ya da değeri olan başka bir şeye çevrilemez; Veil dışına taşınamaz; hiçbir şekilde paraya dönüştürülemez.
- Bu oyunlar şansa değil beceriye dayanır. Parasal değeri olan hiçbir şey ortaya konmaz ve kazanılmaz; hiçbir türde ödeme yapılmaz.
- Hesabınız sona erdiğinde jetonun değeri kalmaz. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde veya biz kapattığımızda elinizdeki bakiye kaybolur; bunun için size bir bedel ödemekle yükümlü değiliz.
- Jetonun nasıl kazanıldığını, ortaya konduğunu veya harcandığını değiştirebilir; hata ya da kötüye kullanım olduğunda bakiyeleri düzeltebiliriz.
7. Maskeli Kapı
Maskeli Kapı size kişisel bir bağlantı verir. Bu bağlantıyı eline geçiren herkes size kısa, anonim bir mesaj gönderebilir — Veil hesabı olmayan kişiler dahil.
- Seçtiğiniz link adresi de, linkte görünen ad da bağlantıyı eline geçiren herkes için herkese açıktır. Bağlantıyı nerede paylaşacağınıza siz karar verirsiniz ve bu seçimden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Kapınıza bırakılan mesajlar 3. bölümdeki topluluk kurallarına tabidir. Her mesajı silebilir, kapıyı istediğiniz an kapatabilir ve kötüye kullanımı bize bildirebilirsiniz.
- Birinin kapısını taciz edici, tehdit içeren, yasa dışı veya rahatsız edici mesaj göndermek için kullanmak bu koşulların ihlalidir. Kaynağı engelleyebilir ve yasanın gerektirdiği hâllerde konuyu yetkili makamlara iletebiliriz — gönderenin hesabı olsun ya da olmasın.
8. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz hesaplar reklam görebilir (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası). Premium reklamları kaldırır.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Veil, insanlarla tanışmak için bir platformdur. Adli sicil kontrolü yapmayız ve hiçbir kullanıcının kimliğini, davranışını veya uyumunu ya da eşleşme bulacağınızı garanti etmeyiz. Başkalarıyla kendi sorumluluğunuzda etkileşime girersiniz; sağduyulu olun ve güvenli buluşun. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur, hiçbir garanti verilmez.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Veil ve geliştiricisi, uygulamayı kullanımınızdan veya diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinizden doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
11. Sona erdirme
Veil'i istediğiniz an kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları veya yasayı ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
12. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içinde bildiririz. Kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
13. Geçerli hukuk ve iletişim
Bu koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı kurallarına bakılmaksızın Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. İletişim: denela.burcla@gmail.com
